Hallelujah...


While ruthlessly shredding The Watchmen last week, we forgot to mention it's one redeeming quality. In reality this redeeming quality has more to do with this blog than anything. The soundtrack is killer; the selection of songs is epic and even cooler, it apparently is culled from the original graphic novel. We hear that in the original graphic novel each chapter ended with a quote from one of the many classic songs in the movie's score. The makers of the movie apparently chose to stay true to the og author and included these songs in the movie, this you gotta respect.
As far as tunes are concerned this movie is actually pretty killer; even going as far as how the music is used in the film, mad respect...but, as we said previously, beyond that...don't waste your time...
However, peep the soundtrack for sure...and maybe even check out the movie once they're showing it on HBO or something(for the soundtrack)...
